Employee Policy:
We adhere to labor laws, prohibit child labor, discrimination and forced labor, respect freedom of association, and continually improve employee rights.
- Child labor is not to be used in any stage of manufacturing, provide labor protection for underage and female workers.
- Workers have the right to freely choose their job and form/join association.
- Companies shall not engage in discrimination or harassment based on zodiac sign, blood type, class, language, thoughts, birthplace, marital status, appearance, features, disabilities, race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, ethnicity or national origin, disability, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, union membership, covered veteran status, protected genetic information or marital status in hiring and employment practices such as wages, promotions, rewards, and access to training.
- Providing humane treatment is a top priority. All workers are guaranteed respect and dignity, and we prohibit all sorts of harassment, public shaming, corporal punishment, illegal searching and detention.
- Working and rest hours comply with legal regulations and corporate social responsibility standards (e.g., CSR, RBA), and all overtime must be voluntary.
- Workers' wages meet or exceed government minimum wage standards, calculated and paid according to legal requirements. Deductions from wages as a disciplinary measure is not permitted, and workers receive benefits such as paid leave, statutory holidays, sick leave, maternity leave, and social insurance in accordance with legal regulations.
Ethical Policy:
We prioritize environmental protection, energy conservation, respect for the Earth, integrity, honesty, accountability, and responsibility.
- Prohibit all workers and management from soliciting or accepting kickbacks, bribes, commissions, or any other illegal considerations.
- Disclose information regarding business activities, structure, financial status, and performance in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
- Protect the intellectual property rights of the company and clients.
- Assure that contains no false or misleading elements in our advertisement, ensure the compliance with fair business and advertising legal regulations.
- Provide and ensure workers with a confidential complaint channel and complainants' identities.

- Reduce resource consumption and minimize emissions through systematic approaches, including water, electricity, paper, materials, and fuel.
- Ensure that the company's products or services do not contain environmental harmful substances beyond what is prohibited or controlled by legal requirements, regulations, industry standards, or customer demands.
Occupational Health and Safety Policy:

- Guarantee that metals used in the electronics industry, such as gold, tantalum, tungsten, tin, cobalt, mica, are sourced entirely from legal mines.

Sustainable Development Committee
In response to global sustainability trends, Jarllytec has established a "Sustainable Development Committee," chaired by Chairman Tai Yuan Chang, to lead the ESG working group and formulate Jarllytec's ESG vision and strategy. The Sustainable Development Office has been created to promote ESG-related affairs, including resource integration of the ESG working group, inter-departmental communication, and budget allocation. The Environmental Sustainability Group, Social Prosperity Group, and Corporate Governance Group are composed of department-level executives to collaborate with the Sustainable Development Office in setting sustainable development goals, formulating implementation strategies, and initiating corresponding tasks.
