Greenhouse Gas Management
Jarllytec launched its GHG inventory in 2022 at headquarters, expanded to three Taipei plants in 2023, and covered all global sites in 2024 with AFNOR ASIA third-party verification (Reasonable Assurance for Scope 1 & 2) under ISO 14064-1:2018 (IPCC AR6 GWP).
In 2025, we aligned our inventory boundary with our consolidated financial reporting under the GHG Protocol and GRI 305, incorporating the Singapore and Dongguan offices to establish a comprehensive baseline and enhance disclosure transparency.
● Scope 1＆Scope 2 Emissions
According to the latest inventory, total Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions for 2025 were 9,361.2611 tCO₂e, representing an absolute reduction of 190.8192 tCO₂e (~2%) compared to 2024 and successfully achieving the set reduction target.
Scope 1 (Direct GHG Emissions): 769.6730 tCO₂e in 2025, down 16.3% from 2024 (919.5036 tCO₂e), driven by equipment optimization, fuel substitution, and utility energy efficiency improvements.
Scope 2 (Energy Indirect GHG Emissions): 8,591.5881 tCO₂e in 2025, down 0.47% from 2024 (8,632.5767 tCO₂e) as select sites initiated renewable energy procurement. Accounting for over 91% of combined Scope 1 & 2 emissions, purchased electricity remains the top priority for future energy savings and expanded renewable power adoption.
Carbon Intensity: Decreased to 0.9953 tCO₂e / NTD million in 2025 (down 0.19% from 0.9973 in 2024), achieving the goal of decoupling business growth from carbon emissions.

● Scope 3 Emissions
Jarllytec systematically completed the identification, materiality assessment, and quantification of Scope 3 emissions (C1–C15), with total Scope 3 emissions reaching 393,640.2301 tCO₂e.
Among these, C1 (Purchased Goods and Services) serves as the primary carbon hotspot at 380,049.5439 tCO₂e, accounting for approximately 96.5% of total Scope 3 emissions. This is followed by C12 (End-of-Life Treatment of Sold Products) at 4,831.5009 tCO₂e and C4 (Upstream Transportation and Distribution) at 2,195.2999 tCO₂e. These results demonstrate that supply chain procurement is the Group's main source of indirect emissions, establishing a clear priority for collaborative supply chain decarbonization moving forward.

Jarllytec is primarily engaged in the manufacturing and sales of various types of hinge. Well-known in the industry for our high quality, good service, and innovative technology. We recently focus on promoting environmental protection and occupational health & safety. We aim to create a "Win-Win" scenario for both EHS and the economy, ensuring the sustainability of our business.

Measures to Protect Workplace Environment and Employee Personal Safety
Our company has been awarded the ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System certification (valid from June 5, 2022, to June 4, 2025), ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification (valid from May 30, 2022, to May 29, 2025), and LCIE-SNQ IECQ QC080000 Hazardous Substance Process Management (HSPM) System certification(valid from February 22, 2024, to February 21, 2027).
Therefore, we have met regulatory standards in terms of protective measures for workplace environment and employee health & safety. The company is committed to tobacco hazard prevention and health promotion, establishing an excellent health work environment.
In January 2016, we were certified by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, National Health Administration, with the "Healthy Workplace Certification - Health Promotion Mark." Additionally, designated personnel participate in safety and health training, and regular health checks for employees engaged in special operations are conducted to enhance workplace safety and health.
