Kunshan Jarlly has upgraded its air compressor system to lower energy consumption and advance its carbon reduction goals.Following an evaluation of actual air demand, the plant replaced an aging 22 kW air compressor—which ran idle 48% of the time—with an energy-efficient 15 kW permanent magnet variable-frequency model. The new equipment fully meets production needs while cutting electricity use by an estimated 31.8%.
The upgrade is expected to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 6.42 metric tons per year.
