Jarllytec Teams Up with Lunghwa University to Train Future Talent 

To bridge the gap between school and the workplace, Jarllytec has partnered with Lunghwa University of Science and Technology to launch a customized "Employment-Oriented Program." This program combines academic knowledge with real industry skills, helping students become job-ready upon graduation.

Hands-On Learning with Industry Experts

The program includes courses in metal processing, material analysis, MIM forming, automation, and tooling. Jarllytec’s experienced engineers designed and teach the courses, giving students access to real-world expertise. Students also get to tour Jarllytec’s production lines to learn about equipment and workflows. After completing the program, students can intern at Jarllytec to gain valuable work experience. Top performers may receive job offers, with internship experience counting toward their work seniority.
